We would love nothing more than to be of service to you as soon as possible, but please know that we are currently experiencing a waitlist for new clients to start that reaches into the first week of March 2025. We apologize for the potential unwanted inconvenience, but we have a very detailed and comprehensive approach to dogs starting with us on their first day, all done to elicit the best and most positive experience possible; taking it very slow and reflective of their comfort level, and all the while fostering a deep and meaningful connection that will make for the most enriching experience both in the moment and going forward. Furthermore, for those of you looking for boarding services, while we’d love to go ahead and book those services for you before your dog starts with us, only after a successful first day or more will we feel comfortable in doing so, and in all the above all we ask for your patience and understanding.
That being said, the process here of getting started is really simple… please complete the application to the best of your ability, being as descriptive as you you can on all fields of the application. Once you’re done, simply submit the application and this will get the ball rolling with us, and once received we’ll promptly create an account for you and your pup. You’ll receive an email response letting you know that we’ve received your application, and from there please reach out to your veterinarian to get updated vaccine info faxed over to us, or you can simply take a picture and attach to an email sent to us at [email protected]. We suggest that you call or email us to ensure that both application and vaccine info have been received, at which point we can assess our schedule for soonest availability and book the first day. Required vaccines are current rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccines, along with a clean fecal exam within the last 6 months; and the canine influenza vaccine is strongly suggested but not required. We also suggest that you reach out to follow up with us directly as soon as you wish, this can expediate matters and get you and your pup plugged in with us as fast and as efficiently as possible in regards to the waitlist we have, plus this may be another way for us to answer any other questions that you may have in efforts to provide you the best service we can.
If a tour of our facility is something that interests you in the interim, we’d be more than happy to! Those can be booked simply by calling us at 802-489-5273 or by email, and we offer them daily at either 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM. Please reach out to us if you’d like to tour, this is a great time for us to you around and hopefully answer any other questions you may have, as well as streamline the application process if necessary.
