Effective Monday, October 13th we have indefinitely suspended all of our grooming related services. We know that this development for many of you will come as a major disappointment and for obvious reasons, and for that we sincerely apologize for any present or future inconvenience; but for a multitude of reasons, we feel strongly it’s in our best interests and by extension yours or do so. We will however perform bathing services, nail trims, etc. on an as needed basis for clients, whether they be during the course of care for the day or long-term boarding clients needing a refresh before departure.
We are in the process of exploring any and all options as to how we can best offer these services to you and your pup in the future… and ideally this pause in service will be one of a short-term nature and one that when we relaunch the service, will not only not compromise what we excel at but be even better than it was before; and as the days and weeks pass will keep you updated. In the meantime, if there is anything we can do to help you or answer any questions you may have, please feel free to reach out to us directly… we’d be more than happy to have a conversation with you to find solutions that work for you, your pup, and all of us.
